Symposium on the Law and Economics of Wealth Management and Transmission will be held at the Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EDT.
The Global Wealth Management Project at the Antonin Scalia Law School of George Mason University invites you to join us for a symposium on “The Law and Economics of Wealth Management and Transmission” at the Antonin Scalia Law School, Hazel Hall, 3301 Fairfax Drive, in Arlington, Virginia.
The symposium is sponsored by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Foundation. The papers from the symposium will be published in the George Mason Law Review.
The symposium will begin with a keynote address by James R. Hines Jr., the L. Hart Wright Collegiate Professor of Law and Richard A. Musgrave Collegiate Professor of Economics at the University of Michigan.
