Hulk Hogan’s widow, Melanie Sky Daily, has agreed to let his son, Nick Hogan, help manage the late wrestler’s $5 million estate. Court records show that Daily waived her right to a hearing and supported Nick’s petition to serve as coadministrator alongside longtime family associate Terry McCoy.

Hulk, born Terry Bollea, died on July 24 at his home in Clearwater, Florida, from a heart attack at age 71 .

Nick filed his petition on September 9, noting that Hulk had updated his will several times, most recently in July 2023. In that version, Hulk removed his daughter, Brooke Hogan, from the will. Brooke had previously requested to be left out and has said she wanted no part of the estate. Hulk also removed his ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel, as a beneficiary in 2021.

The estate includes $799,000 in personal property, $4 million in intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and potential claims from a medical malpractice lawsuit. His $11 million Florida mansion was not listed in the petition. Daily is expected to pursue the malpractice case, which she believes may be tied to a surgery Hulk underwent before his death.

Despite past family tensions, Brooke shared a heartfelt statement after Hulk’s passing, saying she felt part of her spirit went with him. Nick also posted a message thanking Daily for caring for his father in his final months.

A Florida judge has approved McCoy as coadministrator, beginning the process of distributing the estate to its beneficiaries.
