Katherine Jackson Returns Home

As I have previously discussed, Katherine Jackson was reported missing by a Paris Jackson, and had not communicated with the children pursuant to her doctor’s orders. Now, Katherine Jackson has returned to her California home after staying with her children in Arizona. In the meanwhile, a court has removed her as the legal guardian of Michael Jackson’s children, and appointed Tito Joe or TJ Jackson as the temporary caretaker.

Katherine Jackson responded to the judge’s ruling with hostility, and reportedly stated that the “ruling was ‘based on a bunch of lies.'” Other than being upset with the court’s decision, Katherine Jackson appeared to be fine. Jackson was also surprised by the impression that she was being held against her will by her children. The situation is a still a little strange, and there are incidents that make it look like she may have been kept away from the children. Even the judge thought that the Katherine Jackson was being kept away from the children by “the ‘intentional acts of third parties.'” Now, her attorney is planning to ask the court to reinstate Katherine Jackson as the legal guardian of Michael Jackson’s children. Amidst this situation is the family dispute over the late pop-star’s will. Randy Jackson believes that the will is a fake, and that the executors should resign because they have engaged in criminal activity. The executors replied that these allegations were defamatory and that they have not committed any wrongdoing.
