As I have previously discussed, the body of Sherman Hemsley, the star of “The Jeffersons,” has still locked within a freezer in El Paso, Texas, amidst the challenges to the validity of his will. The man who challenged the will is Richard Thornton, a man who is claiming to be the star’s brother. Hemsley recently passed away from lung cancer. Now, a court is set to make its detemination on Monday, September 24, 2012. When the court makes its decision, the court could release the star’s remains for burial. The late-actor’s estate is only worth about $50,000.
