Upcoming Same-Sex Marriage Cases

As I have previously discussed, federal judges in Oklahoma and Utah have ruled that the states’ ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional. 

Same-sex marriage cases aren’t limited to these two states.  Here are five other states to watch in the coming months:

• Kentucky
• Mississippi
